Entering the Ministry of Finance
“About a year and a half ago, I submitted my candidacy through the State Commission website for the position of ‘Director of the Remuneration Industry, Remuneration Thoughts Division’ at the Ministry of Finance in Jerusalem.
A few days before the personal interview, I was looking for people who could help me understand what would be going on in the interview process and how I could prepare myself for the process in front of an examining committee. I called Kav Mashve to get help in preparing for the interview. Once they heard that it’s due the next day, they did not hesitate to help me in the preparation for the interview. Even Mr. Sami Assaad, the Executive Director, called me himself, asked me about the role I applied to and what steps I had gone through so far. He immediately started guiding me towards the interview. In addition, we did an interview simulation which helped me a lot during the real one and gave me the feeling that this is not the first time I am in an interview with five examiners. To my great joy I was accepted for the position.”
