Employing Arab academics is an opportunity for all of us. The term “Diversity” in the business context, refers to the potential inherent in combining different details from each other, in order to make the whole – the organization, the company, the team – more successful.
The intention is not to employ workers from different backgrounds in order to fill a quota but to realize the wide range of skills that everyone has to offer in a mixed group.
