The Employer Bootcamp Program

Intensive Job-Training for Arab Graduates of Higher Education in Cooperation with Leading Israeli Employers

Kav Mashve partners with leading companies in Israel to provide recent Arab graduates of higher education tailormade training which will greatly improve their chances of securing relevant job placements.

Each Employer Bootcamp includes about 15-20 Arab graduates of higher education with relevant degrees and qualities to possibly be hired by the partnering employer at the end of the Bootcamp.

Kav Mashve builds each Bootcamp in full partnership with a leading company in Israel to make sure that the program will fit the specific employer and field of profession. In this way, we know that the participants receive the training they need to successfully be recruited by the partnering company or similar employers within their field.

The program participants receive intensive training at the partnering company’s offices, normally one day a week for about 2-3 months. They are exposed to their trade by completing group projects typically within their field while receiving mentoring from executives at the company. Additionally, the program provides the participants with an understanding of the company’s values, culture, typical professional language, and opportunities to network.

The program has already prepared over 100 professionals for employment. At least 50% of the program graduates are expected to be placed in suitable professional positions within the partnering company or at similar companies in the field within one year after graduation.
