Increasing Companies’ Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Kav Mashve assists companies in Israel with our knowledge, expertise, and network to increase their commitment and know-how to build diverse teams of employees.

A diverse workforce brings additional cultures, languages, and personal characteristics, creating a more rich, creative, innovative, and efficient workforce. In the long-term, diversity is therefore benefiting the economic growth of a company. We know that employers’ increased understanding of the meaning and advantages of diverse teams leads to an increase in the number of Arab professionals integrating the companies. Kav Mashve, therefore, supplies workshops, guidance, and consultation to companies regarding diversity in the workplace and multi-cultural sensitivity (often in cooperation with Co-Impact), especially raising awareness of the practices for Arab inclusion. Our focus is on building projects together with leading companies in Israel to bridge the gap between them and Arab professionals (through networking opportunities, job training, company tours to students, professional mentoring opportunities, etc.).
