Employing Arab academics is an opportunity for all of us. The term \u201cDiversity\u201d in the business context, refers to the potential inherent in combining different details from each other, in order to make the whole \u2013 the organization, the company, the team \u2013 more successful.<\/span>

\n<\/span>The intention is not to employ workers from different backgrounds in order to fill a quota but to realize the wide range of skills that everyone has to offer in a mixed group. When personal and social experiences varies within the group, each individual brings another facet to the company, which is seen as a unique competitive advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n
