Claudine Armaly had been working with technical engineering at Intel for 15 years when she became interested in a management career. Even though she was one of the most talented engineers, she found it hard to obtain a promotion, especially as a working woman with a family to support.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n By participating in Kav Mashve\u2019s Lead Forward program, Claudine gained essential self-confidence, management skills and a professional network. She is still in close contact with the female Arab professionals from the program who continue to empower each other through work, family and life overall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n After completing the program, Claudine has excelled to Product Engineering Manager, supervising a team of engineers.<\/b> Today, there is an internal community for Arab employees at Intel where Claudine has become a respected manager and role model. Through this role, she is mentoring other junior female employees.
