Senior Executive Development for Arab Professionals Seeking to Become Influential Change-Agents
Kav Mashve empowers Arab managers enrolled in MBA at Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University, to become the next generation of Arab senior managers within leading companies in Israel. The program has already prepared 13 professionals with 85% successful management promotions.
The first-ever Al-Mada cohort graduated in 2022 with great success, and the program continues to incorporate about 15-20 Arab professionals per cohort. All participants are graduates of higher education with experience in professional leadership and the potential to reach the top within their respective companies.
The program runs for two years alongside an MBA degree at Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University. Parallel, in partnership with the Institute for Quality Leadership, Kav Mashve provides leadership empowerment workshops and professional retreats to prepare the participants for a managerial career. To give the participants a global perspective, the program also includes a study visit to the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
At least 80% of the program graduates are expected to gain a senior management position, promotion, or expansion of their responsibilities within a year after graduation.
The Lead Forward Program
Leadership Development for Arab Professionals Aspiring to Become the Next Generation of Managers
Since 2017, Kav Mashve has been providing leadership training to Arab professionals from top companies in Israel to support their goals of reaching managerial positions. The program has already prepared over 110 professionals with 75% successful promotions.
Each cohort of the Lead Forward program includes about 25 Arab graduates of higher education who are working in leading companies in Israel. All participants have a talent for and ambition to reach management positions.
Each Lead Forward cohort prepares the participants for managerial careers for about 10 weeks, including leadership empowerment workshops and a weekend retreat in partnership with Lahav Executive Education, Tel Aviv University.
At least 70% of the program graduates are expected to gain a management position, promotion, or expansion of their responsibilities within a year after graduation.
